Hey everyone,

Life has a strange way of throwing a curve ball. Since I've last updated here I've changed jobs, ended a long time relationship and overcame some personal hurdles. It has been hectic and draining on my spirit but I have a new outlet: fitness. I'm also currently studying to become a personal trainer. (Who'd have thought hey?)

I still draw although it's very rare. I don't have the heart to delete my dA account because on rare occasions I do come back to lurk.

Copied pasta from Wai-con forums without shame. Long time without activity, but YES I am still alive!

This year was the first in which people have actually asked me at the con for commissions which is understandable since I'm just one person and can only draw so fast... (I don't think I've drawn more than 30 people each year) Some of you either don't have the time or the patience to sit down and wait for a drawing so allowing me to take a photo reference and to mail it out is a great alternative! (And it makes me more available for those who actually prefer to sit there and watch me draw)

I also figured this was the best place to make myself contactable in case anyone who does does not have my e-mail needs to reach me.

To all who have requested a commission from me this year, I will try to get those out to you ASAP! I also apologise to all those who didn't have the time to get a drawing and did not want a commission. I always try to get a bit faster each year. To my regulars, your continued patronage is very much appreciated and I look forward to drawing you each year

I also frequent Supanova (though I'm not certain about this year yet... will have to check the table prices) so you can also get sketched there.

Haven't drawn properly much at all this year... kinda miss it :

DA has been out on hold indefinitely because I have more important things to deal with in life right now.
I still draw, but you probably won't see many drawings if at all unless you know me personally or visit my stall at a convention or something. I still check DA every now and then... but it's all too much of a pain in the ass, slow load times... annoying interface.

I've reached that point where I'm starting to feel my age so I'm putting my time into things like dance... as drawing I can always come back to, but dance only lasts as long as you're physically able to. Thanks to all who view my art and visit, your continued support gives me confidence I am capable as an artist.

Wow... shows how much I update... last one was Supanova Day 1. Waicon was stuffy as, because apparently they thought it was an excellent idea to install evaporative air-conditioning(WITH NO VENTILATION) instead of refrigeration.

I think I might be able to beat my record for amount of people served at this waicon so yay. Was fun drawing people, so thanks to all who bought a sketch AND/OR an artbook We'll have to get more printed for Supanova (maybe update content <_<).

DAY 2
Much thanks to all who purchased a sketch. My hands only started hurting bad at the end of the con. I had about 15 minutes break over the whole weekend ;_; (hey! I don't want to leave my patient customers waiting even longer). And hey, I managed to go the whole con without buying shit. Except for a Vagabond phonebook manga.

I think I've found my sweet spot in the way of the price-to-time ratio. As long as the table prices don't get too crazy I'll be able to keep it at this price. And as long as I can maintain this standard in twenty or less minutes I won't feel like either my customers nor myself are getting a bad deal.
